 Gayle Shimoff, MA
Gayle Shimoff is founder and director of Partners with Parents R"A. Gayle is a specialist in learning disabilities with more than 20 years of experience, teaching students, guiding parents and training teachers.
Gayle has a B.A. in Elementary School and Special Education from Brooklyn College, CUNY and an M.A. in Learning Disabilities from Teachers College, Columbia University,with specialized training in the Orton- Gillingham approach to teaching dyslexic students. Gayle has completed doctoral level coursework and research in psycholinguistics at Bar Ilan University, focusing on the development of bilingual children’s reading and language skills and taught at Bar Ilan University, Beit Berl Teachers College, and David Yellin Teachers College.
Gayle established Partners with Parents in 2004 in part, to provide programming and services, not otherwise available to children and teens with learning disabilities. She also created a place were parents, educational specialists and schools can partner together to create effective solutions for success both at home and in school.
Gayle made aliyah from New York City in 1994 and lives in Beit Shemesh, Israel with her husband and two teenage sons.

 Esther Wolfson, MA
Esther Wolfson is an experienced early childhood special education teacher and parent consultant.
She received her BA in English Communications from Stern College for Women, Yeshiva University and an MA in Early Childhood Special Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Esther worked for many years as a preschool special education teacher both in the United States and in Israel. Many of those years were spent working in schools for language-delayed preschoolers, which is her area of specialty. As a content editor on two Internet sites, she researched and wrote educational materials for parents in the field of child development and answered on-line questions from parents about child development, child behavior, and other parenting challenges.
Esther assists Gayle in coordinating services at Partners with Parents and is the organization's web content manager.
In addition to her work with Partners with Parents, Esther works for PACT (Parents and Children Together), a Jewish Agency program providing early childhood language stimulation in a Maon (day-care center) in Beit Shemesh.
Esther made aliyah from New York City in 1993. She lives in Beit Shemesh, Israel with her husband and four children.

 Dr. Shimon Solnica, Psy.D.
Dr. Shimon Solnica is a trained school psychologist experienced in running social skills groups with children ranging from pre-school to late adolescents and adulthood. He earned his BA from Yeshiva College, Rabbinic Ordination from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary, MA from the City College of New York, and Doctorate from the Ferkauf Graduate school of Yeshiva University.
He has worked in special education private schools, public schools as well as within clinic settings, where he has been able to utilize and run effective social skills groups. Shimon recently made aliyah with his wife Amy and four children and currently works for the Psychological Services of Beit Shemesh.
Shimon is currently developing social skills groups for teenage boys in coordination with Partners with Parents.

 Debbie Rubel, Ph.D.
Dr. Debbie Rubel is a trained school psychologist, experienced in developing social skills in students of all ages. She has experience with individual and group interventions as well as teacher and parent guidance. Debbie has worked in public and private kindergartens, elementary, and high schools. Debbie earned her BA from Stern College, and her MS Ed. and Ph.D. from Fordham University. Debbie made Aliyah with her family two years ago. Since making Aliyah, she has been working in various schools and ganim in Beit Shemesh through the Psychological Services of Beit Shemesh.
